This
weekend I went back to DC for the Marathon and to see some friends. It was very
warm and the race itself SUCKED. It made Sedona look easy and that is saying
something. I do love m city though and ive missed it more than I thought I
would when I came out here in August. The marathon went all through the city
and gave me a great view of all the neighborhoods and places ive been missing.
The funky little buildings in every color and late night falafal spots, the
neoclassical government buildings, and parks. The monuments and cherry
blossoms. And despite the suck I got to see some wonderful friends, see little
brother, and visit the sights– earliest spring yet – all in all a wonderful
trip.
